   Full Stack Engineer

   The Desire Company

   Build and ship features end to end across a React frontend and a Node/Postgres backend running on AWS ECS.

   • Built a remote MCP server that exposes portal functionality as tools, letting users complete any portal workflow from the LLM client of their choice.
   • Designed the OAuth 2.1 architecture behind it — a dedicated authorization server, an MCP resource server, and token exchange against the existing portal API.
   • Built a Shopify app that brands install to access expert AI chat and automated PDP audits, plus a portal integration that lets shops order product videos and have finished assets delivered back to Shopify automatically.
   • Integrated DocuSign into the client portal so users can execute MSAs and SOWs in-app, with documents and signature status synced into Postgres for storage, retrieval and lifecycle management.
   • Designed and shipped public REST APIs so brands can integrate their own systems directly with the platform.
   • Redesigned and rebuilt the portal’s primary side navigation, restructuring the information architecture used across every page of the product.

   Founder & Software Engineer

   fitspot.ai

   Founded, built and launched a subscription fitness application solo, taking it from concept to paying subscribers across multiple countries.

   • Built the frontend in React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, React Query, Zod, React Hook Form and Tailwind CSS, optimising for performance and mobile experience.
   • Developed a modular backend with Node.js, NestJS, Express and MongoDB, including secure authentication flows using Passport.js and JWT.
   • Integrated Stripe for subscription billing, with custom checkout flows, free-trial management and webhook handling for automated renewals and failures.
   • Established CI/CD pipelines and managed AWS infrastructure, cutting deployment time by 60% and sustaining 99.9% uptime.
   • Own all production operations, including error handling, logging, monitoring and incident response.

   Led frontend development for an enterprise real estate portfolio management platform delivered for Google on Google Cloud Platform, working within a cross-functional team of 8+ engineers.

   • Built scalable UI components and interactive data-visualisation tools using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS and SCSS for clients managing large, complex property portfolios.
   • Drove features end to end from requirements gathering through launch, presenting progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
   • Maintained 95%+ code coverage through unit testing with Jasmine and Karma.
